Lars ”Jim” Asklund drew the first post-modernistic building in Malmö. He was awarded the architectural prize for ”building of the year” in 1988, 1996 and 2001. He is known for his nonconformity and inclination to follow his convictions. In his style between the traditional and innovative, where nothing feels mannered, his works give a feeling of craftsmanship, simplicity and durability.
